PACKAGING AND SHIPPING

PACKAGING: Your order comes in an individual food container, is then securely wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in our strudy shipping boxes.  In order to ensure your items arrive fresh, we include a refrigerant gel pack in your packing, which keeps your orders cool during the shipping process.  Handling and reheating instructions are included with your order.  Your order should be refrigerated upon arrival -- that is, if you can resist eating it right away! SHIPPING: in US and Canada: Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed.  All orders are sent 2nd day air, shipping days are Monday through Wednesday for arrival on Wednesday through Friday (excluding holidays).  Next day air is avialable at an additional charge, these orders ship Monday through Thursday (next day air is not available to all destinations).    While we cannot guarantee a delivery date we will do our best to have your order to you by any pre-selected delivery date.  If you have questions, feel free to contact us before placing your order. POLICY: Ms. Divine's is not responsible for incorrect delivery information given by ordering customer.  We are committed to shipping orders in a timely manner, however, we are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to weather or other factors beyond our control.  Lost or Damaged: You must contact us within 5 business days from date of receipt .  We do not issue refunds, but a replacement may be issued under certain circusmtances.  Ms. Divine's is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation is received from shipping company.
